Simple instructions for exfoliation:
After cleaning the skin with soap and
water, stand up if you are in the tub, or turn off the water if
you are in the shower. Scoop up a small handful of salt and rub
in a circular motion all over your skin. Rinse off with water
and then wash again with soap to clean off excess oil and dead
skin cells. You may use some of the oil to remoisturize dry
areas if you wish, or wear in your hair. |
