WoodSpirits Mission:
We are dedicated to providing our customers with the highest quality botanical ingredients in the body care industry, in a manner that is sensitive to both the needs of the consumer and the environment. We understand that service is an important part of our product and part of that service is Education and Support. We are available to talk to our customers about our products, services, and philosophy.

Terms:
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Money Orders, and Checks as payment. Orders paid by check will be shipped after the check has cleared the bank. COD is available for an additional charge.

Shipping:
Our products are made, packed and shipped by real people on a family farm. We work fast and try to get your orders out within 3 days via UPS or United Postal Service.
Shipping note: Our shipping quotes do not include international shipping rates. Please contact us if you need an international shipping quote.

Return Policy:
Report any damages to Woodspirits Main Office, 937-663-4327. If your package is obviously damaged upon arrival, refuse delivery and notify us immediately Report any other damages to us immediately; please do not discard product or box/packing before contacting us because delivery carrier might need to inspect the package for a claim.

Our Fresh Soap & Salt Scrub Guarantee:
We are proud to always use high quality food grade oils, real essential oils and natural pigments in our products. Because we do not add preservatives to our products the expensive, natural ingredients in our soaps and salts are perishable. Think of our soaps & salts as food and treat them like food for your skin. Just like food, over time colors may fade and some essential oils may dissipate. We guarantee the freshness of our Soaps and Salt Scrubs for 6 months from date of purchase.
