Here is where it all began. Simple, hand made soaps that smell and feel incredible. Try an assortment. We hand cut and pack your order carefully to assure you get exactly the mix you want. Please remember that we are totally biodegradable and our scents and colors are guaranteed for only three months. The soaps will still suds after that time has elapsed, but the colors and scents will not be as strong on the exterior.

Air Castles: Litsea Cubeba [EO], pigment Beta-Carotene. A lemony treat for nose and eye.

Almond Flip: Natural Benzaldehyde from Peach and Cherry Pits [EO], Whole and chopped almonds stud this delicious smelling bar, and no calories! A charter member of the "Woodspirits Cafe" collection.

Amber Essence: 100% olive oil soap [Castille Soap] Amber resin from N. Africa [EO] Long lasting and sensual.... wonderful for shaving.

Amethyst: Lavender [EO], violet ultramarine [pigment] Violet chunks in a white base make this a beautiful bar to look at, and a popular scent to use.

Artica: Spearmint Oil [EO] from Tom Irrer's farm in Michigan, blue ultramarine [pigment]

Azteca Shampoo Bar: 100% olive oil soap [Castille Soap], Juniper Berry, Lavender, Cedar, and Myrtle [EO]. This soap is a wonderful "all purpose" bar that travels on camping trips as well as to the gym, and does not irritate scalp!

Biscotti: Sweet Fennel [EO] a dash of cinnamon [P] and a sprinkling of anise seed for the top. Just one of our "cool" trio of coffeehouse soaps. A real confection

Carob Smoothy: Carob powder [P], Cinnamon, Nutmeg and Clove [EO] with a "looks like chocolate" style, this "healthy" treat will mellow out your bath time. A card carrying member of the Woodspirits Cafe collection

Frankincense & Myrrh: Frankincense, Myrrh, Patchouli Resins, Lavender and Pettigrain [EO] with Castor Oil [superfatting agent] A remarkably mild Bar, for pampering dry or sensitive skin.

Ginger Dream: Ginger [EO] Glycerin Soap frosting with a dried Ginger Root slice on top! An exotic Asian treat to warm up your bath on a rainy evening.

Lamb Cakes: no essential oils, just Castor Oil and Lanolin. Simple soap for complex times. Good for washing silk, wool, and delicate natural fibers, as well as your skin

Lapis: Palmarosa [EO] Ultramarine Clay for pigment, 23k gold for frosting. This is just as elegant as its history. The beauty of Egypt...for your modern bathing rituals.

Lavender: Lavender [EO], Violet Ultramarine clay for pigment. A scent loved by men and women alike, and always good to come home to.

Lemon Geranium: No longer available

Marco Polo: Sandalwood, Nutmeg, and Coriander [EO] Patchouli and Balsam Peru resins. This is the bar for the explorer in you. Very soft and romantic. Another fine 100% olive oil soap [Castille]

Moroccan Rose: Pure, undiluted Rose absolute from Moroccan rose fields. Sedona, Arizona ochre pigment, [lovely dusty rose color] Undeniably, the most beautiful scent from the flower kingdom.

Mountain Sage: Sage, Juniper, Siberian Fir, and Bay [EO] chlorophyll [pigment] Men love this one! A real hike in the high desert.

Pacific Mist: Rosemary, Douglas Fir, Frankincense, Rose Geranium, Grapefruit, and Spearmint [EO], chlorophyll [P], Blue Ultramarine[P]. Pacific Kelp is sandwiched between the two layers of soap in a clear transparent soap base. This scent captures the largest ocean on earth and the fresh coniferous forests upon its northern shores.

Palmarosa Green Clay: Lavender and Palmarosa [EO] with French Green Clay. If your skin is rebellious, tame it with the old French remedy of clay teamed up in this "fresh from the islands" bar.

Phome: Rose Geranium, Rosewood, Palmarosa, and Sandalwood [EO] Ultramarine Blue pigment. Tapioca pearls for texture. This is indulgent and a lot of fun. The swirls of blue and white are a cloud streaked sky, with white tapioca balls for massaging your soles!

Portuguese Breakfast: Almond, Cassia, Orange, Pettigrain, [EO] Paprika pigment A breakfast picnic in a beautiful almond grove.

Rose Quartz: Rosewood [EO] Sedona Ochre and Epsom salt frosting. A heartwarming blend for your delight.

Salad Bar: A kaleidoscope of all of our soaps spiked with Poppy Seeds!

Sauna: The fresh bracing tingle of mountain air infused with the scent of birch. Remember, running down the garden path to the sauna? That's us, brushing against the marjoram and basil on the way. Tuck a sprig of rose geranium behind your ear and hang a twig of cinnamon and bay spray from the domed cedar ceiling and relax in the scent of our sauna soap. Winter or summer, it's refreshing and real...unlike our fantasies, but scent can take you there anytime you bathe or shower...and it's safe for the environment...that's where it came from!  Saponified 100% food grade olive oil and coconut oil with essential oils of bay, birch, basil, cinnamon, marjoram and rose geranium.

Seaweed Scrub: Lemon, Lavender, Cassia [EO], Oatbran, Irish moss and chlorophyll [P], A wildly popular bar.

Sweet Cheeks: Sweet Orange and Litsea Cubeba [EO] Ohio Wildflower honey

The Sun and The Sky: Tagetes [Mexican Marigold], Ginger, Rosewood, Mandarin and Bergamot [EO]. Beta Carotene[P] (a vitamin), Ultramarine [P] Warm and sensual.

Zanzibar: Cassia, Bergamot, Clove Bud, and Natural Benzaldehyde (from peach and Cherry pits) [EO] Ground Cinnamon texture and pigment. Our most popular bar.
